CP110: Free Open Labs

Bring your questions to the lab and get individual help from our knowledgeable staff. There is no charge for this help. Topics from any of the PC courses will be welcomed. We can also help you solve problems you have with your PC system.

CP123: Getting More Out of Word

Microsoft Word is a powerful and very popular program. This class will teach many shortcuts and advanced features for writing all types of documents. CP103: Basic Skills and CP155: Windows, or the equivalent experience is required.

WP198: Vista Operating System 

What are the differences between Windows XP and the new Vista operating system? Get familiar with using Vista, now that it is the standard operating system pre-loaded on new Windows computers.

WP208: Making DVDs from Internet Videos

There are many video programs you can find and watch on the Internet. Charlie Rose’s interviews, Bill Moyer’s Journal and Google and Youtube videos are just a few. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could put these programs on a DVD to play on your television via a regular DVD player? Of the many ways to do this, we will show you a no-cost way that uses two free programs.
